2014 Season starts the first Wednesday in April!
Season lasts until Halloween
1. Arrive at Whole Foods on Wednesdays at 6pm
2. Sign in with Aden (7 foot dude.)
3. Run starts as a group at 6:30 sharp!
4. Follow the route around Wash Park
5. Finish at the Pub on Pearl
6. FREE YOGA at Pearl Street Fitness
7. EAT FREE FOOD catered by Whole Foods!
8. DRINK 2 FOR 1 from the Pub on Pearl!
2014 RUNS BEGIN AT WHOLE FOODS AND END AT THE PUB ON PEARL
All runners will check in at Whole Foods. Check in will start at 6pm on the southwest corner of the store. Here you will check in to start marking your attendance at each run. We will all start our run as a group at 6:30pm.
At 6:30, we will leave the Whole Foods parking lot and follow the map shown here. I will provide handouts of this map for new runners.
BE COURTEOUS OF OUR NEIGHBORS
Runners are encouraged to ride their bikes or run to Whole Foods on Wednesdays. If you must drive, please DO NOT park in the Whole Foods parking lot or directly in front of residential homes. While on the run, please stay on the sidewalk or street. Do not cut any corners across any residential grass.
ALL RUNNERS MUST REGISTER FOR THE 2014 SEASON
We are starting a fresh new database to count runs for this season. Every runner will need to fill out the ONE-TIME registration on the ipad at the Whole Foods… even if you have run with us in past seasons.

Every week Whole Foods Wash Park will be catering a FREE, delicious, healthy meal for all of our runners! Prepared salads, fresh fruit and various vendor samples are always on the menu.
The Pub on Pearl is kind enough to give all of our runners 2 for 1 domestic beers every week. Claim your ticket at registration before the run. Bring your ID if you’d like to drink.
FREE WEEKLY YOGA!
Every week, Pearl Street Fitness will be holding post-run yoga stretching to keep you loose and limber after your run.
FUN AND PRIZES!
Pearl Street Fitness will also be giving away a prize to a lucky runner every week just for participating!
